JOB DESCRIPTION:
Directs the department's activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the department and organization. Responsible for preparing month-end and year-end financial statement work papers. Provide leadership with accurate and reliable information. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards to include GAAP.
WORK CONDITIONS/HOURS:
Normal hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. However, schedules may vary in accordance with business necessity. Normal office working conditions.Hybrid Remote.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Minimum Work Experience:
Five (5) years of experience as an Accountant or similar role for a moderate to large organization. Supervisory experience is preferred.
