The Clerk Central Scheduling is responsible for scheduling outpatient and inpatient procedures, verifying benefits and preparing patient estimates.
Minimum Education
- High school diploma or equivalent - Required
Required Skills
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Preferred Skills
- Two years business office experience in a healthcare environment utilizing medical terminology
